It's election time in the US, it's a fun time. We get to see first hand the political bullshit and absurdities than go on in the name of partisanship. For the elite, partisanship means plainly greed, to the rest, that just don't benefit from it, it's irrational extremism, hence they are by definition: stupid people.
Election time is fun because the bullshit get thicker, it's more obvious, look at how the Sarah Palin designation generated reactions and contorsion from both sides. Talk about flipflopping!
On one side some democrats are employing tactics they deemed inmoral when the republicans used them on Hillary, while some have actually pointed out some valid chinks in the armor, the minority of course.
On the other side the republicans are just too much fun to watch for anyone capable of understanding a string of words. They lie, cheat, suckerpunch, always pretending to be on a higher moral ground, because of Jebus and whatnot. Now Palin has a special "You're demeaning women" anti-criticism shield and the media is just too affraid to fight it, you know, because of the mean republicans.
The media though takes the prize for fun. Some are flatout sellouts, some are too affraid to contradict their sponsors and some even drink the Kool-Aid. You get to see softballed debates, stupidly long minutia stories, 24 hous a day mind you! And yet you never hear anything solid about their politics, unless you consider politics being catholic or not.
Between all the laughing and "slapping-yourself-on-the-forehead" moments, have you ever paused to think about it? Why isn't anybody talking politics? They are just insulting each other or padding themselves on the back, promising to be different and to make it all better, all without making any real significant change to the way you live.
They want to change the world from their office, away form you, without getting to know you. They don't really know how you live. They all have mansions, they are all sponsored by corporations. Their "work" is politics, which is basically, bullshitting. Debt? Hunger? Education? Health? Housing? Do you believe this concerns them? They have never worried about this, they are profesional politicians, it's a breed, an exclusive club that has it's rules and doesn't allow normal red blooded people in. A sort of new royalty. To some extent that explains W.
Right now these politicians seem to be our best friends, our buddies, they go to our towns and smile, some dance, some shoot hoops. They need to do this because they need you to see them as your neighbor. When in fact they would call the cops on you if they saw you around their neighborhoods.
Isn't there something rotten at it's core about this system? There's always an invisible wall telling you how much kratos does the demo has. Sometimes is just the fucking anti-riot forces.
